The initial part of the project (2013-2014) was sponsored by the Nordic Culture Point - the module for capacity development.
The module for capacity development provides support for:
- organisation and implementation of projects that develop competence in the field of culture and art
- sharing of knowledge and expertise
- critical discourse – discussions and debates
